Founder of Next Era Progress — guiding the conversations that move families and teams forward.
For more than six years, I've worked with amazing families across the country — farmers, ranchers, and family business owners — who all came to me with the same quiet frustration. Everyone they love is at the same table, and yet nobody is on the same page.
I started Next Era Progress because I've seen what happens when families finally get the right structure and the right guide. The conversations that have been avoided for years suddenly become productive. The frustration that has been building for decades starts to lift. And the family — the team — starts moving forward again, together.
That shift is the most rewarding thing I've ever been a part of. It's why I do this.
My role isn't to tell your family what to do. It's to create the space, structure, and safety for you to figure that out together — and then actually move on it.
The path forward isn't always more strategy. Most of the time it's a clearer picture of where you're going and why it matters.
The hardest topics don't have to feel hard. With the right structure, even the long-avoided conversations become something your family can navigate together.
You don't have to agree on everything. You do have to be aligned on what matters most — and that's the work.
Movement is the goal. We build the kind of momentum that lasts longer than any one meeting or retreat.
I'm a husband and a father. I know what it feels like to want more for the people I love — to want everyone moving in the same direction, working from the same picture of the future, and enjoying the journey along the way.
That's the same future I want for the families I work with. The work I do at Next Era Progress is the work I want for my own family, too.
Let's TalkIf something inside is telling you it's time to get unstuck, that's worth listening to. I'd love to hear what's on your mind.
